The Summer Fayre is coming soon

The Summer Fayre is Saturday 24 June 11 to 1pm

We are in need of volunteers to help prepare, and run stalls on the day.

Tickets for our raffle are out.

Hello everyone
Thank you for all your support in the past, it is of course begging time again.
We are currently fundraising for a projector for the hall. 

This term's events are;
Disco - thurs 25 may
Rags to Riches collection - 15 june
Cake stall - tues 20 june
Summer Fayre - 24 june
we would also like to start doing regular second hand uniform sales on the first friday of the month at 3.15pm.

All this takes help.
If you are available to help at the Disco, cake stall or fayre we would be really pleased to hear from you.  There are also other jobs needing to be done for which we need volunteers.  We can send a copy of a letter requesting donations for the summer raffle, to anyone who would be willing to visit local companies and ask them.  If you can do an area please let Kay know so that we don't double up. kay.adams@hotmail.co.uk

Also anyone with free time during the school day we will need to print raffle tickets during the week of the 5th June, also we could really do with sorting the shed, ideally before the first uniform sale.

Sorry it sounds like a long list, but with a few hands it shouldn't be too onerous.
